The following is a detailed description of the entire process of creating a legally binding Living Trust with Corporate Store Front, Inc.  

1. Complete the online questionnaire
2. Corporate Store Front, Inc. will prepare your living trust, review it for completeness, and send you your customized Living Trust within 48 hours.
3. Attest your Trust Document:

1. Contact three individuals you want as Witnesses to your Living Trust. The witnesses should not be anyone related to you or anyone who will be receiving anything from your Living Trust.  Sign and date your Living Trust in the presence of your three witnesses.  Your witnesses must also sign the Living Trust; or
2. Alternatively, if you would like your Living Trust to be self-proving, then you must perform tasks 4 and 5 above in the presence of a Notary Public.

4. Silver Package: Included in your Living trust will be any transfer letters that you will have to send to banks, financial institutions and other entities. You will receive specific instructions on how and where to send those letters.
5. Gold Package: Corporate Store Front, Inc. will transfer real estate into the Trust and prepare the deeds and record them with the county recorder's office.  We will also distribute transfer letters to banks, financial institutions and other entities
6. Store your Living Trust in a safe place where you and your closest relatives know where to find it.
7. If you anticipate that you will update your Living Trust in the future, you may sign up for Corporate Store Front, Inc.'s Follow-up Package for an additional $80. This will allow you to make changes to your Living trust in the future.
